The medical Center provides direct outpatient care and nursing support to patients seeking ambulatory services for chronic, acute, and preventative health issues. Walk-in services for acute care needs are available daily.

Dental care is offered by appointment and is also available on a walk-in basis for emergencies only. Routine dental care consists of general oral treatment and includes cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, partials, dentures, and limited root canal treatment.

Optometry provides routine and emergency eye care, ocular health and diabetic eye exams, and pediatric care. Walk-ins are for medical eye emergencies only, not for routine care of glasses or contacts. We are pleased to offer glaucoma care inside the clinic, including diagnosis and management with state-of-the-art equipment.

The optometry division also includes a contact lens service and an optical dispensary with a wide variety of eyewear options.

The pharmacy provides original prescription and prescription refill services. In addition, offers a drug “Take-Back” program for environmentally safe disposal, patient counseling, and informal Medication Therapy Management.

Please note: Allow 3 business days for refills.

The clinic provides Women’s Health and Wellness services, focusing on preventative exams such as pap smears, breast exams, birth control, and other female issues.

Laboratory services provide lab testing including urinalysis, urine pregnancy test, rapid strep, hemoglobin, HgbA1c, PT/INR, BNP, microalbumin, H-Pylori Breath Tester, and glucose testing.

For laboratory testing not available within the tribal clinic, the laboratory department coordinates outside referral laboratory tests ordered by RSTHC for patients seeking medical services for chronic, acute, and preventative health issues.

The lab is a CLIA-waived laboratory
